RECIPE: LEMON COOKIES

1 box lemon cake mix

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 C cool whip

Pre- heat oven 350 degrees

In large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and cool whip, batter will be sticky.

Form dough into tablespoonful balls, roll in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake 8 – 10 minutes, until edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 min on baking sheet, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
